These blocks are designed to let you focus on the harmonic heart of your song – the chords themselves – without the distraction of lyrics. Think of them as blueprints for your musical structure, perfect for instrumental sections, quick idea capture, or laying the groundwork for a full song.

Getting Started: How to Use Chord-Line Blocks

Adding and manipulating Chord-Line Blocks is intuitive and straightforward. Here's a quick guide:

  1. Initiate a Chord Line: Click the "Add Chords" button in the floating toolbar. This will insert a new Chord-Line Block into your song. Adding a chord-line block

  2. Add Your First Chord: Click the "Add Chord" button within the block, wherever you want your first chord to appear. A vertical bar will indicate the insertion point.

  4. Expand Your Progression: Continue adding chords by clicking on the vertical bar. Each click adds a new chord at that position.

  5. Edit & Refine: Click on any chord within the block to edit its properties (more on that below!). To remove a chord, simply select it and press the delete key.
